However shopping remains the most important aspect of Het Pand, it is much more than a shopping centre. There are great catering establishments, grass areas and the information services such as the town hall and post office are also located here. So it is more of a central meeting place where you will probably run into someone you know, to have a chat, to have a drink on a terrace and to soak up the friendly atmosphere.
